TULSA — A teen is dead this morning after a late-night apartment shooting.
It happened just after 11:30 p.m. Saturday at Ridgemont Apartments near 81st and South Sheridan.
Authorities say two teens were in a bedroom when the victim was shot in the chest with a rifle.
The victim was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries -- where he later died.
The second teen was transported to the hospital with respiratory issues.
Police say at this time the shooting appears to be accidental and no arrests have been made.
