Data Shows Rent In Tulsa On The Rise

According to apartmentlist.com, data shows rent in Tulsa on the rise.

If you are thinking of renting, a new rent report sent out by Apartment List shows the rent in Tulsa has gone up 0.2% over the past month.

The rent report also states that the cost for rent has gone up in Tulsa 1.6% in last year.

The average rent in Tulsa is currently $649 for a one bedroom and $838 for a two bedroom.

Other cities that saw a rise in rent in the past year are Phoenix (+3.5%), Dallas (+2.3%), and New York (+2.2%), according to the report.

The good news, is that rent in Tulsa is still below the national average.
