WAGONER COUNTY, Okla — A Wagoner County man accused of killing a 15-year-old boy and setting his body on fire has been found guilty.
Prosecutors say Cody Thompson is one of two men who shot and killed Brennon Davis back in 2017.
Officials say Thompson's original trial last year ended in a mistrial, but a jury recently found him guilty on all charges.
Another man, Josh Herrington, is already serving life in prison for his role in the murder, officials say.
