TULSA -- Thousands flooded downtown Tulsa to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, boosting restaurant businesses while police and security keep an eye out to make sure everyone was safe.
Boston Avenue was closed between 5th and 6th streets for Elote's street festival. Elgin Avenue was shut down from 1st to 2nd street for El Guapo's Cinco de Mayo celebration.
