TULSA – Crews worked to restore water for several residents near 46th and Peoria Wednesday.
According to the City of Tulsa, a water valve was being replaced at 46th and Peoria. Residences located from south Peoria to Quaker and business from 45th to 49th Street on Peoria were without water along the northbound curb lanes closed on Peoria with no access in and out of 46th street.
Not long before noon, water was restored to businesses in the area.
They went on to say that the northbound curb lane from 46th Street to 47th Street on Peoria and the intersection of 46th and Peoria eastbound was closed.
Crews are expecting water to be restored before noon.
