Crews respond to gas line break in northeast Tulsa

TULSA -- Crews are responding to a gas line break in northeast Tulsa on Tuesday afternoon.

Officials said some private contractors were digging and hit a 2-inch gas line at about 1:20 p.m. near 4600 North Mingo Road.

Tulsa Fire and Tulsa Police crews are on scene.

EMSA is on standby at the scene but no one has been transported to an area hospital in regards to the incident. 

Officials said no one was injured and ONG is repairing the line.

Mingo is closed from 46th Street North to about 42nd Street North.
