BROKEN ARROW, Okla. -- Police identified one driver after two people were killed Friday night in a head-on crash.

Police named Tracy Fulps, 51, as one of the victims. They are not releasing the name of the 17-year-old boy killed in the crash because he is a minor.

The crash happened near New Orleans Street and 23rd East Avenue Friday evening. Police said their preliminary investigation revealed that one SUV went left of center on the road and struck another SUV head-on. No one else was hurt in the wreck.

Police are still investigating what caused the fatal crash.
