OKLAHOMA COUNTY — Four charges of embezzlement were filed Monday against an Oklahoma Highway Patrol employee.
Court documents say that Stephanie Ware, 52, knowingly embezzled more than $20,000 from the department for personal use.
Documents detail that from 2013 to 2018, Ware embezzled anywhere from $1,070 to $10,683 from the department.
Ware faces up to five years in prison for each count.
