TULSA - An arraignment for a couple charged in connection to the death of their toddler was continued Monday.
The arraignment will now take place July 25th.
2-year-old Michael Rigney was found dead on his bedroom floor in February.
Both Tina Morgan and her husband, Branded Taylor, will be arraigned in district court at 9 Monday morning.
Morgan is charged with child neglect and permitting injury. Taylor is charged with child abuse murder.
