TULSA COUNTY - Construction begins on the Flat Rock Creek bridge Monday.
The construction project is part of a $6.9 million project.
Officials say drivers should be prepared for delays in the area. Detour signs are set to be posted near the construction site.
Drivers in the area are advised to take north Lewis Avenue to the east to avoid the construction. Commuters can also use M.L.K Jr. Boulevard to the west as a detour.
