The Red River Showdown didn't didn't disappoint and today a local church got in on the action.
Community Brookside held a special watch party for the event.
Of course there was plenty of free food and large screens to watch the big game on.
Organizers say it's important for them to bring the community together.
"We got some people out there drinking beer, you know colorful language happens when you are watching football and we recognize the community is incredible when we live together, we really want to promote that here at our church but throughout Brookside."
The church also hosts block parties and even petting zoos sometime.
