Coming to Tulsa PAC: 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban' film-concert series

TULSA — The Tulsa Performing Arts Center announced that it is bringing "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" in for a film-concert series next year.

The performance will happen Jan. 31, 2020. The Tulsa Symphony will perform the score live from the film as it is played on a 40-foot screen.

"The Harry Potter film series is a once-in-a-lifetime cultural phenomenon that continues to delight millions of fans around the world," said Justin Freer, President of CineConcerts. "It is with great pleasure that we bring fans for the first time ever an opportunity to experience the award-winning music scores played live by a symphony orchestra, all while the beloved film is simultaneously projected onto the big screen. This is truly an unforgettable event.”

Tickets go on sale to the general public on May 3 at 10 a.m. at tulsapac.com.
