Be careful before you warm up your cars with this cold weather on the way.
Tulsa Police said 39 idling cars were stolen just this month.
58 idling cars were stolen in November 2016.
Police said it's also illegal in Tulsa to leave your car running unattended.
“If it's running and there's nobody in it, nobody around it, there is that opportunity that that officer can write them a citation," said Cpl. Dan Miller, with the Tulsa Police Dept.
Police said Tulsa's law is pretty cut and dry, no special key fobs or remote start systems let you get away with leaving a car running.
