The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has confirmed the weekend arrest of a Claremore police officer.
Matthew Ryan Rice was booked into the Tulsa County jail on Sunday at 1:20 a.m. and was released on bond a few hours later.
He was arrested on a complaint of DUI-first offense, which is a misdemeanor.
