City of Tulsa preparing to close roads for March Madness games and St. Patrick's Day celebrations

Starting Thursday morning, several downtown Tulsa roads will be closed as the city prepares for March Madness games and St. Patrick's Day celebrations.

At 8 a.m. lanes surrounding the BOK Center will be closed between 1st and 3rd Street for the NCAA Tournament. Streets will reopen on Sunday at 11 p.m.

At 10 a.m. roads in the Blue Dome District will be blocked between Brady Street and 4th Street for St. Patrick's Day celebrations. Lanes will reopen on Sunday at 2 p.m.

To make transit easier this weekend, the city will be offering free shuttle services starting on Friday. VIEW THE SHUTTLE MAP HERE
