City of Tulsa offering free CPR classes

TULSA — With the summer season quickly approaching, the City of Tulsa is offering free CPR classes

The courses will be held at several locations throughout Tulsa, with the first class beginning in June.

Attendees will learn how to administer CPR with hands-on training, and also be taught how defibrillators work, city officials said.

The classes will be held on six Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to noon.

The courses will be held at:
June 8 - Whiteside Park (4009 S. Pittsburg)
June 22 - Hicks Park (3443 S. Mingo)
July 13 - Case Center (1050 W. Wekiwa Rd. in Sand Springs)
July 27 - All Souls Church (2952 S. Peoria)
August 10 - Owasso Center (301 S. Cedar)
August 24 - Bixby Community Center (211 Cabaniss)
