With family in town, there's no shortage of things to do around Green Country this weekend, including looking at Christmas Lights!

  • Tonight, Nov. 29, is the opening night of the "Garden of Lights" at the Tulsa Botanic Garden.

There you can take a stroll through the garden., make some smores, drink hot chocolate and catch a ride on a train.

The lights come on starting at 5 p.m. every Thursday through Sunday night until Jan. 5.

  • Also happening Nov. 29, the Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve, just south of Bartlesville, is bringing back their "Wonderland of Lights" display.

The grounds and buildings of Woolaroc will be covered with over 750,000 lights.

The lights will be turned on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. until December 22.

  • Last but not least, the City of Bixby is kicking off their holiday season Nov. 30 with their annual "Lights On" event.

The lighting ceremony will take place at Charley Young Event Park at 6 p.m.

They are also opening up their ice skating rink for the season at 2.

Santa and his reindeer are also set to make an appearance.

And if you're worried about missing Bedlam - don't panic - they will be streaming the game on a 20 foot screen.
