OWASSO, Okla. - Police are investigating after finding a chemical explosive outside a home in Owasso Saturday morning.
Police say they were called to a home in the Brookfield Crossing neighborhood around 8:30 in the morning after residents reported seeing the device.
After arriving, police say they saw the device on the porch of a home. Police Lt. Nick Boatman says the device was removed from the home, which is now safe and clear.
Lt. Boatman says the incident was most likely a prank.
