CHELSEA, Okla. -- Shocking video shows a Chelsea teenager kicked in the groin while a coach watched and laughed.
2 Works for You reached out ot the superintendent’s office Monday afternoon, but never heard back.
“Hold his hands down," someone in the video says.
Eyes covered and ready for impact. A video that's made its way around social media is a bit alarming. Why? Because the coach, who is also a teacher, stands in the corner and laughs.
2 Works for You received the video from a viewer. It was also posted on a Facebook group. The teenager who did the kicking commented and said it was all just a bet between two friends. The administrator of that Facebook group got a private message from the teenager who received the kicking and asked for the video to be taken down. He claimed the coach made them run after and could lose his job because of it.
Some online say the biggest concern is that the teacher/coach watched it happen and joined in by laughing with the students. Now, without a response from the school district, it's unknown what the future holds for that teacher and the players involved.
