Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen wants to release the stress for new parents and their first night home with their newborn by surprising them with an ultimate warm welcome.
During the first days home with a newborn, new parents are usually too busy to cook or even eat, officials say.
Cheddar's Scratch Kitchens nationwide will visit local hospitals or birthing centers, surprising new parents with gifts of croissants, ready-made meals, and baby essentials throughout the week of November 18.
The new families will receive a dozen freshly baked Honey Butter Croissants, chilled and ready-to-cook homemade Chicken Pot Pies, Broccoli Cheese Casserole, and Hot Fudge Cake.
The restaurant's will be gifting the newborn's with croissant inspired baby items that will accompany the hearty meal, including blankets, onesies, and support pillows.
Organizers say there's no warmer welcome than its iconic Honey Butter Croissants.
