TULSA – The charges have been filed regarding the man accused of stealing items from a home, then passing out in the closet.
Neil Burch, 21, was arrested in late May after, police say, he took prescription drugs while at the home he was burglarizing and was found passed out in the closet.
Burch was arrested on charges of second degree burglary, escape from arrest or detention and resisting an officer.
Burch is also a registered sex offender in the state of Oklahoma. Tulsa police say he is wanted on four felony warrants.
