TULSA--- A woman was charged with first-degree manslaughter charges on Friday.
Lindsey Smith, 25, is accused of hitting and killing 35-year-old Kenneth Huck with her SUV near 35th and Peoria on September 25.
Smith told officers she had two beers before the crash.
Smith was arrested at the scene and later released on bond.
Police say Smith was speeding at the time of the fatality.
