The community can finally enjoy the new $3 million dollar splash park complex at Chandler Park. The park has 38 new features which include slides, water cannons, and more.

The project also brought new sidewalks, picnic tables and plenty additional parking to the park.

Tulsa County Parks Director, Richard Bales, says the splash park replaced the aging swimming pool, bringing new life to the park.

The project took nearly a year to build with money coming from the Vision 2025 County Sales Tax Renewal Plan.

It is the largest splash park in the state of Oklahoma, Vortex, the manufacturer, says.

The splash park is completely free and will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until the end of September.
