CREEK COUNTY – This week the case against the man accused of in the 2012 wildfire that destroyed hundreds of home has been dismissed.
Billy Cloud was arrested in April of 2016 in regards to the fires and later released on a $100,000 bond in August.
While the Creek County Court Clerk's Office says the case is dismissed, they did not provide details as to why.
