TULSA, Okla. — Cascia Hall Preparatory School is one of Tulsa's two Catholic high schools, and has been preparing students for college and for life for more than 90 years.

Student life on campus is never dull.

"We have a very good arts program, football players, basketball players, we have a lot," junior Travis Guillory said.

Guillory, a national finalist in a classical competition online, has performed at Carnegie Hall as a soloist and made it to state two years in a row in speech and debate.

"Cascia has always allowed me to do whatever I really want to set my mind to and has always helped me with my goals and everything," Kate Maricle said.

Maricle is on the go as a cross country runner, actress and is involved in speech and debate.

These three senior football players Zach Uhren, Jackson Pool and Jaxon Henderson are making names for themselves not only on the field, but also in the world of science.

"We received word we have been nominated for the Thomas Edison Innovation Award," said Jackson Pool

By the way, they were each awarded a $15,000 a year scholarship to attend Arizona State University for their science project to develop an effective and safe way to prevent colon cancer.
