CARTER COUNTY, Okla. – A man tasked with enforcing the law is now facing felony charges for bribery.
On Wednesday night, the OSBI agents arrested Sheriff Milton Anthony at his office. If convicted, Anthony would lose his office and could face up to ten years in prison.
The OSBI intends to release more information regarding the charges later this week.
