TULSA, Okla. - Carlos Lopez, one of the owners of Mexican restaurant Dos Bandidos, was in the studio Sunday morning to share with us his chilaquiles recipe.
Ingredients:
- White or yellow corn tortillas
- Shredded chicken or meat
- Cotija cheese
- Avocado
- Butter
- Sour cream
- Two eggs
- Salsa
He and his brother, Luis Lopez, opened the first Dos Bandidos location in Bixby in 2016, and since then, it's become a hit.
The second location opened in downtown Tulsa on the last week of March this year and took the place of the Rusty Crane.
The Venezuelan-American brothers say their recipes come from living in southern California, close to the Mexican border.
