TULSA -- A battle on social media after a customer posts a review on Facebook about a west Tulsa salon.

"Word absolutely travels fast here," said the customer.

Legs crossed, hands in lap and ready to tell a story.

"I didn't think something like this would come about," she said.

You may not see her, but this woman has a lot to say.

"It was strictly a review of the salon and that's all it came about and this comment happened to be posted on Friday," the customer said. "It's just an inappropriate comment about me."

A review posted four weeks ago is now getting attention.

"The stylist commented first and then the owner had commented with a derogatory comment," the customer said.

It began after a woman, who chooses to remain anonymous, claims the owner of a west Tulsa salon treated her poorly over the phone while trying to make an appointment.

"It's gone completely viral," she said.

The customer says she tried to call for an appointment and felt like an inconvenience to the owner and that a business owner should be more professional.

"I was actually going out of town and I really needed just a haircut before I left," the customer said.

The customer claims a stylist commented and said, "We all know she is rude and that's why we love her."

She then says the owner replied and called her fat.

"I don't believe that you deserve business like this is if this is the way you treat people," she said.

The customer says a stylist then goes on to post a picture with an inappropriate hand gesture.

"These things are not favored in the workplace," the customer said.

2 Works for You called the owner. She tells us there are various administrators on the Facebook page. She admitted to making a derogatory comment and deleting the salon's Facebook page.

"Any other place would not condone this behavior," the customer said.

The customer hopes the business owner learns a lesson.
