Buckle up your kids. It's not the law right now, but it may be soon after a new bill passed the Senate.
It would require all kids under 17 to be buckled up while in the back seat.
Right now, only children under 8-years old and passengers in the front seat have to wear a seat belt.
The bill now goes to the House to decide.
