BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Wednesday for the opening of a new Walmart store.
The latest Walmart added in Broken Arrow will be located at Lynn Lane & Albany St. near the high school.
Recently Wal-Mart announced its plan to shutdown of 269 stores.
According to Walmart.com, the locations in Oklahoma include Okemah, Luther, Prague, Stroud, Wewoka and Watonga.
