BROKEN ARROW, Okla. -- The Broken Arrow Police department is investigating after a woman was allegedly kidnapped.
Police say the suspect, Randy Hamett, broke into the victim’s home and waited for her to arrive on April 25. When she arrived, Hamett held her against her will until April 26.
Hamett then allegedly took the victim with him to several locations around the Tulsa metro, according to police.
After being notified of the kidnapping, police received information that Hamett was holding the victim in Benton County, Arkansas.
Hamett and the victim were located inside a hotel room in Siloam Springs.
Hamett is currently being held in the Benton County Jail on $250,000 bond.
Once extradited back to Oklahoma, Hamett will be charged with kidnapping, assault with a dangerous weapon, domestic assault and battery, second degree burglary and violation of a protective order.
