BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — The Broken Arrow Police Department is welcoming a group of new officers to its ranks.
The department held a formal graduation ceremony on Wednesday for recruits who graduated from the academy in April.
Officials delayed the graduation because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It took place in a venue large enough for everyone to socially distance themselves.
