The Broken Arrow City Council has passed two ordinances allowing medical marijuana to be grown and processed in Broken Arrow.
The council passed unanimously, officials said.
Officials said people can apply for permits starting Wednesday.
Those applications, officials said, will be reviewed and if passed, they will receive them starting October 1.
