There was fun for all to have today on Brookside.
Even though the parade was canceled, that didn't stop the fun.
Hundreds of families gathered out on South Peoria for a block party that the Brookside Collective put on in lieu of a parade.
Bounce houses and other entertainment lined the streets.
There were several people, including your 2 Works for You team, passing out candy to all the kids.
