TULSA -- Police have confirmed that the device left inside a Bank of America by a suspect after a robbery was not a bomb.

The robbery was reported at a Bank of America location at 205 E. Pine.

According to police, a woman entered the bank just before 11 a.m. and handed a note to the teller. The alleged robber gave the teller a note demanding cash and stating that the robber had a bomb. The device was left on the counter and, according to police, was a cell phone with wires sticking out.
