TULSA, Okla. - The Tulsa Bomb Squad said an all clear has been given after a suspicious backpack was found outside the Tulsa County Jail Tuesday morning.
Officials tell 2 Works for You someone left a backpack addressed to jail authorities outside the jail.
The parking lot and lobby of the David L. Moss Correctional Center were shut down as crews used a robot to assess the backpack.
The backpack held clothes, a note and ramblings about criminal justice, officials said.
