Body found in rural Mannford floodwater being investigated as homicide

CREEK COUNTY, Okla. — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says the body of a man found in rual Mannford last night is part of a homicide investigation.

Creek County deputies said a citizen called police after seeing the body of a man, now identified as 37-year-old Sean Michael Henderson, floating in shallow water near Old Highway 51 and Basin Road.

Henderson was last seen on Monday, investigators say.
