Bill Would Give Rural Doctors in Oklahoma A $25,000 Tax Credit

A push to get doctors in rural parts of Oklahoma is moving forward.

The bill would allow doctors in rural communities to claim a $25,000 tax credit.

The credit program would end after $1 million was claimed statewide.

The House Rules Committee approved the measure Tuesday.
