A Beggs mother was officially charged in an Okmulgee County courtroom Thursday with two counts of first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill.
Authorities said Amy Leann Hall, 38, shot and killed her son Kayson Toliver and injured her two daughters in the triple shooting.

Daughter Khloee, 16, died days later at a Tulsa hospital. A 14-year-old daughter survived.
Hall's next court date is Thursday, December 20 at 9 a.m. She is being held in jail without bond.
