Bear killed in Sequoyah County crash

SEQUOYAH COUNTY, Okla. -- A bear was hit and killed Friday in a crash in Sequoyah County, officials said.

The crash happened on Interstate 40 near the Roland exit.

Sequoyah County Game Warden Jerry Henry said a young male bear was hit by the vehicle.

No other injuries were reported.
