BARTLESVILLE — Bartlesville police said one person was injured after they were struck by a vehicle.
Captain Jay Hastings said the accident occurred around 8 p.m. Thursday at 14th and Johnstone.
Hastings said they the vehicle took off, but they were able to locate the driver of the SUV, Roy Dean Hyde, Jr., 25, at a residence in the northwest area of Bartlesville.
Hyde Jr. was arrested for aggravated assault, felony leaving the scene of an injury accident and driving with a suspended license, Hastings said.
The victim, Burl Jason Nichols, 46, is listed in stable condition at a local hospital, Captain Hastings said.
