BARTLESVILLE, Okla. – The spot on the Bartlesville City Council recently vacated after a leaked YouTube has still not been filled.
Doann Nguyen left the city council in Decemberafter a video surfaced of her making negative comments about police officers.
Several residents are interested in the seat for Ward 4, but the council says they need more time to review the applications.
