BROKEN ARROW — Broken Arrow police say an arrest has been made in connection to a stolen vehicle and recovery.

BAPD says early Friday morning police responded to a home in connection to a reported stolen truck.

Police say the victim said he heard his Ford F-250's engine start and saw his vehicle driven away.

Police say, within minutes, an officer saw the victim's truck in the area of Elm Place and Utica Street.

Police say Justin Lee Marcum was identified as the driver of the vehicle. Police arrested Marcum for being in possession of the stolen vehicle.

Police found that Marcum was also in possession of debit cards which had been reported stolen in a vehicle burglary.

Police say Marcum will be transported and booked in Tulsa County Jail for possession of a stolen vehicle and knowingly concealing stolen property.
