TULSA - A Tulsa bank robbery suspect Thursday waited outside the bank for police to come arrest him.
Joseph Mitchell, 36, was arrested at the Tulsa Federal Credit Union in downtown around 10:45 a.m. as he sat outside the bank door, according to a Tulsa Police Department report.
Mitchell was taken into custody without incident and faces a charge of robbery with a firearm or dangerous weapon.
His bond was set for $50,000.
Mitchell, who is homeless, was booked into Tulsa County Jail just before 1 p.m.
