Posted

BARTLESVILLE--Bartlesville Police Department investigators continue their investigation of the bank robbery that happened Feb. 9 at OK Federal Credit Union, 3900 S.E. Adams Road.

“A composite drawing of what the suspect generally looked like has been completed by the OSBI,” said BPD Capt. Jay Hastings, nothing the description on the color of the pickup truck used as the getaway vehicle has changed. “It is described as darker brown, possibly black in color and covered with dirt.”
Hastings said the vehicle is believed to be a 1997 to 2003 Ford F-150 extended cab pick-up with factory style wheels.

“It appears to possibly be a 4 x 4 with two occupants,” he said.

Reports show the truck was in The Quarters parking lot, located just east of the credit union, and left south bound on Adams Road then continued south across Adams Boulevard into the Wal-Mart north parking lot. The truck drove around the northwest edge of the parking lot exiting onto Green Country Road by Murphy’s Gas Station. It is believed the truck turned left onto Washington Boulevard, south-bound at 1:59 p.m.
Police are still looking for more video from businesses on south Washington Boulevard that may show the suspect vehicle.
A reward up to $2,000 has been offered for information leading to an arrest on the case.
