TULSA - Two men were taken in for questioning and one arrested after a five-hour standoff at an east Tulsa apartment complex that began Saturday morning.
Officers identified one suspect as Jack White, 32, who police believe was the shooter in the incident.
Police arrived on the scene at 13001 E. 40th St. after being called for shots fired in the area just after 2 in the morning.
Upon arrival, officers say they saw the back door of an apartment had been broken.
Officers say shots then came in their direction and that's when they shut down the complex and called on SWAT and special operations to help in the situation.
A little after 7 a.m., authorities say the suspects gave themselves up.
A neighbor had made the call to police and she told authorities she thought it was just fighting next door to her until bullet holes appeared in her walls and where her son usually sleeps.
