Suspect captured after a pursuit and search in Ottawa County Friday morning

Just before 5 p.m. several law enforcement agencies captured Robert Bailey just north of the River Bend Casino off of Highway 60 in Wyandotte.
 
The Grand River Dam Authority, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Wyandotte Nation Tribal Police, Quapaw Tribal Police, Miami Tribal Police and Ottawa County Sheriff's Office worked to locate Bailey.
 
Wyandotte Nation Police Chief Ken Murphy said his investigators wanted to question Bailey Friday morning after being spotted in the casino parking lot.
 
Police said Bailey was suspected of taking a tip jar from the casino from a previous visit.
 
Chief Murphy said when police attempted to speak with him, Bailey ran off.
 
Bailey was last seen by police swimming towards and island on the Spring River.
 
The Grand River Dam Authority took control of the search efforts with multiple officers on river boats.
 
GRDA and Oklahoma Highway Patrol deployed its helicopters to search from the air.
 
Law enforcement said Bailey was wanted out of Delaware County for two felony warrants with $100,000 bonds attached to them.
 
The Ottawa County Sheriff said Bailey is being booked into the detention center after getting looked over by medical professionals.
 
Several law enforcement agencies are searching in the Spring River area for a man after a police chase Friday morning.
