Inmate Jason Bell is back in custody, Thursday night.
Authorities tell 2 Works For You Bell was caught walking along I-44 just before 9 p.m.
The inmate walked away from Northeast Correctional Center in Vinita Thursday afternoon. The facility does not have a fence.
Jason Bell was missing for a 4 p.m. head count. The 21-year-old was convicted of second degree burglary in February.
