MCALESTER — Authorities are investigating after a man was found dead in McAlester early Wednesday morning.
McAlester police said they received a call just after midnight of an injured man at a home near G Street and Polk Avenue.
Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, McAlester police and the state medical examiner are processing the scene as an 'apparent homicide,' police said.
At this time, McAlester police said they have one person of interest in custody.
Authorities have not released the name of the victim or the person of interest.
