TULSA -- Tulsa police are searching for a man who walked away from the Tulsa Transitional Center last month.
Police said Earl Julien, who they say is considered armed and dangerous, has been missing since July 9.
Julien is about 5 feet 11 inches and weighs approximately 169 pounds.
He was serving time for grand larceny and second-degree burglary.
Last year, Julien was arrested after police said he threatened people at a Domino's pizza location in downtown Tulsa.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Oklahoma Department of Corrections escapee hotline at 405-425-2698.
